Where we ship, what it costs, and what happens if a parcel goes missing.
Where we ship
The countries we can ship to are the ones checkout offers you. If a country is not listed, we cannot take the order.
Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay. The amount you confirm there is the amount you are charged.
Dispatch
We hand the parcel to the carrier after the order is accepted. We do not promise a number of days. Tracking, when the carrier provides it, is sent to the email on the order.
Lost parcels
Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers to the address you gave, or when the carrier records a failed delivery at that address. If a parcel is lost before that, write to us on the support page and we will resend or refund the order.
