14 days to change your mind
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the jar. You do not have to give a reason. Tell us on the support page before the 14 days end.
Sealed food supplements
If you unseal the jar, you lose the right to withdraw, because a food supplement cannot be resold once the seal is broken for health-protection reasons. This follows the exception in Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Faulty or damaged jars
A jar that arrives broken, or that is not what you ordered, can be returned even if it has been opened. We refund the price you paid and the outbound shipping on that order.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We send them within 14 days of hearing from you, and we may wait until we have the jar back, or until you show you have sent it, unless we are collecting it ourselves.
